The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, advising clients on legal transactions, and performing various courtroom and support tasks. The role will primarily focus on business litigation, real estate litigation, and trust litigation within Orange County.Duties:Represent clients in court, attend depositions, and participate in mediationsDraft law and motion pleadings and present arguments in courtPrepare and draft a variety of legal documentsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesEnsure compliance with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of lawRequirements:Licensed California attorney0-2 years of experience in lawPrevious experience in law, particularly in business litigation, real estate litigation, or trust litigationAn undergraduate degree in business administration is a plusSkills:Strong time management skillsFamiliarity with various legal documentsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsEducation:Undergraduate degree in business administration (preferred)Certifications:Licensed California attorneySkills and Qualities:0-2 years of experience in lawPrevious experience in business litigation, real estate litigation, or trust litigationStrong time management skillsFamiliarity with various legal documentsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
