The Senior Corporate Attorney will play a pivotal role in representing early-stage technology start-ups, focusing on venture capital financings, MA transactions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters. The role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage legal and business issues. Duties:Represent early-stage technology start-ups in venture capital financings, MA transactions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters.Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of corporate issues.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Balance legal considerations with business objectives.Cultivate and maintain a portable business. Requirements:Portable business preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail.Ability to balance legal and business issues.Current member of the State Bar of California in good standing. Experience:7+ years of experience representing early-stage technology start-ups. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Skills:Expertise in venture capital financings, MA transactions, and securities offerings.Strong understanding of general corporate matters.Project management.Legal and business acumen.Client relationship management.
