Responsibilities:• Manage and mentor a team to ensure high performance and professional development.• Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.• Analyze data and trend s to make informed decisions for process improvements.• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity .• Work with the team to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.• Define goals, and success metrics, and report on marketing program results. Tracking all KPIs and ROI is required • You have an excellent understanding of the principles and workings of all digital marketing (social media, SEO, sales funnels, paid media, email marketing and analytics) Qualifications:• 3-5 years of experience building, coaching, and leading successful teams • Strong background in digital marketing• Background that balances marketing, technology, and operations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Knowledge of the latest technologies in the marketing field.• Ability to strategize and implement effective business plans• Skilled in developing marketing strategies while incorporating technology solutions.• Ability to set goals, timelines, and budgets for marketing personnel to follow. • Strong problem-solving and analytics skills with an ability to prioritize project• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google UTM tracking, and Google tracking best practices Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience About Company: At the Mortgage Marketing Animals, we coach and mentor Loan Officers, Mortgage Brokers, and Branch Managers.
