As a Garage Door Solution technician, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our Garage door products and services. Our ideal candidate has previous sales experience of 1-3 years, preferably in the home services industry. We provide paid training, tools, service vehicles, and the opportunity to break out and grow with a company that has a culture of winning. If you don't have technician experience, or are not familiar with garage door products, don't worry! We have paid training and a program to teach you so you can deliver the best solutions for our customers! Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed customer needs by individual customer solutions. Responsibilities: • Develop and nurture meaningful connections with clients old and new to boost retention rates and sales• Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Qualifications:• Current Drivers license• Learn and proper use of Tools, specialty equipment, and software• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly About Company: A family company with a single owner that tries to find the best talent, to provide the best service to our community.
