The responsibility of a Foster Care Behavioral Aide is to assist the Child Welfare department in serving children, families, and foster families as well as provide support and respite services to children, families, and foster families in the Program. Assists with monitoring birth and family visits including transport Assist staff with emergency situations that may require providing services during evening and weekend hours. Implement treatments plans, goals, and behavioral interventions from the team. Provides weekly contact with the foster parents to provide regular support and assistance. Looking for a team mate who is eager to continue to grow their skill set in an established professional team. Education and Experience Requirements: Possess a minimum of a high school diploma (associates preferred) Have a valid State of Michigan driver’s license and have a reliable insured vehicle available to provide transportation as necessary.
