Our mission is twofold: Help residents easily find a quality home to rent using a combination of technology and a personal touch to provide a seamless experience from their first inquiry through renewal. Secure success for our investor clients from acquisition and renovation to property and asset management with our proprietary analytics software, field operations teams, and oversight group. Our company has been in business since 2009 and we are based out of Carmel, IN. We hire driven, talented people who believe in connecting with others, celebrating wins, and going the extra mile! This role is 11 am - 8 pm 5 days a week. The selected candidate will have Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Responsibilities Prospect for new applications through Hubspot. Contact potential residents who have done walk throughs. Complete Final Marketing Review of all properties Onboard new “Tenants in Place” Review and manage all showing feedback Manage and review all applications Manage all property listings. Review and complete all move-ins Adhere to Leasing Manager performance metrics set forth by RENU Management Other duties as assigned. What does success look like for this role? The ability to be proactive, strategic, flexible and adaptable to unforeseen situations. A high level of organizational, customer service and multi-tasking skills and an ability to properly prioritize workload. Success in achieving resident renewals. Accountability – holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. Communicates Effectively – Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Drives Results – Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent experience required. Minimum one years property management/leasing experience preferred Strong desire to take ownership and help to maintain our national brand Takes initiate and is action oriented.
