Today, we're on the lookout for energetic people with the potential to perform, as well as the ability to strengthen - and thrive in - the positive work environment we pride ourselves on.What we are looking for: The FBAP (Freight Bill Audit and Payment) Senior Manager is responsible for the development, deployment, training and operational management of the freight bill audit and payment process as well as all carrier compliance and claims activities covering $350M+ in annual expenses. The FBAP Manager will continuously improve and standardize the freight payment process across all North and Central American legal entities. The FBAP Senior Manager is responsible for providing direction and leadership to ensure all invoices related to 17,000+ monthly shipments are processed and paid on time, including GL coding and validation. Managing these efforts will require excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills working with carriers, third party payment vendors, accounts payable, indirect purchasing, transportation, and operations teams. Spanish language proficiency is required.Degrees required or preferred along with experience:Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or Transportation
