The average pay for this position is 24.03 QMHP Wraparound Facilitator The Wraparound Facilitator supports youth in crisis by strengthening their family and community so that the youth can thrive. In this role, you will collaborate with community partners to ensure needs are met while strengthening youth and family resiliency and knowledge. You will receive on the job certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). You will work in homes, schools, and community settings in Tarrant County. Past experience with CPS a great match. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Services field of Applied Behavior Analysis - Child Development - Counseling - Early Childhood Education - Early Childhood Intervention - Education Psychology - Gerontology - Human Growth and Development - Medicine - Nursing - Physician Assistant - Psychology - Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation & Rehab Studies - Social Work - Sociology - or Special Education AND one year experience in healthcare/social services and/or direct care. In lieu of degree listed above, completion of Bachelor's Degree in another area with college level coursework equivalent to requirements for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification. (QMHP certification earned on the job.) Prefer Master's degree, current Texas licensure as an LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A, and/or two years' experience in healthcare/social services, direct care, or with CPS/DFPS. Spanish-speaking a plus.
