Practice Area: Real Estate - Foreclosure (Litigation), Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, A law firm in Plano, TX, is seeking a skilled Non-Judicial Foreclosure Associate Attorney to manage cases focusing on residential real estate litigation, mortgage, and transactional matters. The successful candidate will protect clients' interests in litigation proceedings and general collection cases while actively participating in marketing initiatives and business development efforts.
