As we embark on our digital transformation journey, we're seeking an experienced Information Systems Engineer to join our team and lead the charge. As an Information Systems Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in administering our Salesforce instance and integrating it with other cloud applications. Responsibilities: Administer the company's Salesforce instance, supporting approximately 60 active users. Own and manage integrations with other cloud applications, ensuring seamless communication between systems. Build and customize Salesforce features for colleagues, including flows, processes, datasets, reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with unit leaders to streamline business processes within Salesforce, eliminating manual tasks and inefficiencies. Manage data synchronizations to ensure accuracy, correctness, and timeliness of information. Guide colleagues through workflow changes to align with Salesforce capabilities or customize the application to fit their needs. Oversee third-party vendors and developers, ensuring deliverables meet our standards and objectives. Design and execute training programs to empower colleagues with Salesforce proficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technology-related role, with a strong understanding of systems integration. Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including customization, configuration, and user management is preferred. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also collaborating effectively with team members. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing third-party vendors and driving successful partnerships. Willingness to work in the office a couple of days a week, with potential for remote work flexibility.
