Check us out, you won't be disappointed!Candidate for this position will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of incidents with guests who may have had less than a Legendary experience. As an extension of our restaurants, excellent customer care and concern skills are invaluable.Responsibilities Analyze initial claim reports from stores to determine level of investigation needed Take recorded statements from employees, guests, witnesses, and management Gather pertinent records including video, photographs, weather details, and vendor records Document all activity in a Risk Management Information System Evaluate liability based on investigation and set proper reserves accordingly, issue payments based on liability, or issue denial to guest or attorney Provide feedback on loss control to operations, training, and facility maintenance team Follow Claim Handling Best Practices Guidelines May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
