The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive compensation matters and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.Duties:Provide legal advice and support on executive compensation matters.Draft and review documents related to qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, equity compensation, health and welfare plans, mergers and acquisitions, ERISA, and ESOPs.Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with other attorneys and firm personnel on client matters.Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings, as necessary.Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience practicing law, focusing on employee benefits and executive compensation.Extensive experience working with executive compensation matters.Excellent academic record from a reputable law school.Bar admission is required for the jurisdiction of practice (Massachusetts preferred).Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.Skills:Strong understanding of qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, equity compensation, health and welfare plans, mergers and acquisitions, ERISA, and ESOPs.Exceptional legal research and writing skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to providing high-quality client service.
