The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse array of patent projects, including drafting, prosecution, post-grant proceedings, opinions, and due diligence.Job Details:Duties:Handle various patent projects, including drafting, prosecution, post-grant proceedings, opinions, and due diligence.Conduct research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents related to patent matters.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective patent strategies.Manage patent portfolios and provide strategic advice to clients.Requirements:A junior Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in patent law.Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Strong background in Organic Chemistry or a related field, preferably holding a master’s degree, with a preference for a PhD.Alternatively, 2-3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution on small molecule pharmaceuticals.Education:Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry or a related field, preferably with a PhD.Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to practice law before the USPTO.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
