Duties:Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.Conduct legal research and draft discovery documents.Prepare written responses to discovery and documents for production.Conduct witness interviews and trial preparation.Conduct and defend depositions.Attend court appearances, ADR, and mediation.Assist Managing Attorneys with additional tasks as necessary. Requirements:Utah State Bar license.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong legal writing and research skills.Creativity and flexibility in advocacy.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skills:Strong communication and analytical skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in legal writing and research.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Creativity and flexibility in advocacy.
