Be a part of moving careers forward! Description We have an opening for a remote , contract career coach based in Montreal, Canada to support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions. We support employees who are relocating due to their company's initiatives. Our coaches assist the employees/families with integration into the new area, and the accompanying spouses/partners with job search strategies to help them find new employment/career opportunities or career continuation. The Coach works in a 1:1 capacity with the program participants by using IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology. This is a part-time, contract, and working from home/remote position, approximately 10-20 hours per month. Establishes rapport with employees and motivates them to achieve goals. Guides employees through coaching process and milestone completion. Advises and coaches career development, transition issues and career options.
