Franjo Restoration located in Baldwin, PA is looking for an EMS COORDINATOR to provide the managerial and leadership skills necessary to manage the day-to-day matters of a self-performed workforce dedicated to Emergency Services. This position includes the general management of all field personnel, sub-contractors and Owners. This position requires the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to ensure that the overall schedule completion dates are met and to ensure a safe and successful project. The EMS Coordinator is responsible for obtaining subcontractors and vendors, complete understanding of all contract documents, safety requirements and schedules. Our Mission: Restoring peace of mind. We are looking to add an EMS COORDINATOR to our growing team! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Primary emergency site supervisor On-call first responder Daily first call responder Customer contact Insurance adjuster and company contact Xactimate estimating primarily pertaining to emergency services Drying logs and moisture mapping Use of all drying equipment, monitoring meters Responsible for placement and recovery of EMS equipment Maintain the working inventory of emergency services supplies Responsible for maintenance and performance of EMS equipment Schedule of employees and subcontractors Use of project documents pertaining to job files EMS invoice generation, billing and collections On-call schedule and reminders Hand-off to Estimating SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY / COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Directly supervises all field employees and subcontractors attached to assigned projects. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Understands project control, sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedules. Responsible for documenting, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, code of conduct, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Must maintain constant communication with all company departments affiliated with their respective projects; including, but not limited to, Project Management and Estimating. Responsible for verifying that all work is completed in a workmanlike manner. Oversees that all company field employees conduct and present themselves in a professional demeanor; including, but not limited to, presentable/proper work attire, conduct their daily activities in a professional manner. Provides timely and cordial interaction with supporting work groups, such as Accounting, Estimating, Human Resources, etc. This position manages all employees associated with Emergency Services and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the Emergency Services department. COMPETENCIES: Client Relations / Results Driven Strong Project/ Time Management Strong Communication/ Leadership/ Problem Solving Skills Strong math skills Strong understanding of project constructability General knowledge of mechanical systems and limits Knowledge of all drying equipment, monitoring meters REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Xactimate estimating Mica mapping software Dash Management and Mica Mapping software IICRC certification S500 and S520 standards General insurance industry knowledge. Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call early/late hours to deal with delays, inclement weather and emergencies. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: OSHA 40 Hour certification WORK AUTHORIZATION / SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation. Must comply with all required background and security clearances.
