LOCATION Aventura, FL Coconut Creek, FL Cooper City, FL Coral Springs, FL Deerfield Beach, FL Fort Lauderdale, FL Hollywood, FL Indian Creek Village, FL Miami Gardens, FL Miami, FL Miramar, FL Pompano Beach, FL Tamarac, FL Virginia Gardens, FL WHAT WE OFFER Competitive hourly wage Sign-on Bonus or Relocation assistance 401(k) matching Dental insurance, Health and vision insurance, Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Referral bonus program CEU reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Promotion, advancement, and transfer opportunities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed BCBA credentialed by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (required) Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or developmental disabilities. Minimum of two-years of experience supervising behavior technicians. Experience developing treatment plans including functional behavior assessments and writing behavior intervention plans. Experience using ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK and other similar assessments. A desire to continue learning and stay current in research and applications within our field. Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans Design caregiver training plans and implement them with parents/caregivers of individuals with Autism Coordinate services and information with other professionals as related to the treatment goals of the client and/or make recommendations for additional services WHO WE ARE Since the creation of Kids SPOT over 15 years ago , we have been proud to be a top provider of pediatric therapy services for children from birth to age 21 in Florida, Texas, North Carolina and Virginia.
