Business Process and Operations Specialist with Security Clearance

Description SAIC is seeking a Business Process and Operations Specialist to aid customer organization's Chief of Staff and Director's Action Group (DAG) in managing program office-level processes and products central to business and acquisition operationsThis position requires a daily presence with high-level customers and provides advice to program office leadership on program office governance documents, training programs, communication, management information system support and procurement, and records management plansThis position requires an active TS/SCI with Poly to start and is located in Chantilly, VAFunctions Include:--- Execute SPO training program for over 100 Government employeesThe training program includes, but is not limited to a quarterly orientation course, a web-based SPO learning center, and routine brown bag sessions for topics deemed timely or of special focus.--- Collaborate with customer Chief of Staff to process routine and out-of-cycle updates to the SPO Program Management Plan (PMP), which defines the organizational structure, mission, goals, responsibilities, and management controls used for the management of SPO programs.--- Assist responsible offices with maintenance of existing and creation of new SPO Operational Instructions, which are key documents used to capture and define the way the program office does business.--- Facilitate permissions management on mail groups, web sites, and shared drives.--- Facilitate procurement of management information/IT hardware, software, and services to maintain continuous SPO operations and liaises with COMM personnel to resolve requests with minimal input from the customer.--- Plan and organize quarterly SPO all hands forum.--- Serve as backup to DAG lead in receipt, tracking, coordinating, and submission of TIER taskingsQualifications Education:--- Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experienceNote: Additional years of professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degreeQualifications :--- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.--- Knowledge of NRO organizational structures and NRO processes/policies.--- Excellent critical thinking and organization skills with ability to plan, track, and maintain due dates for multiple taskers and products central to SPO business processes.--- Strong attention to detail and exemplary writing and editing skills.--- Ability to comfortably manage multiple tasks/projects/processes of varying complexity while anticipating schedule conflicts and deliver on commitments on-time.--- Ability to work collaboratively with personnel from multiple functions and at all levels of the customer organization.--- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.--- Superior judgement and tact in complex, sensitive, and/or contentious situationsSAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadlineCovid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boostersCustomer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
