Workday Deployment Project:- Participate in H-E-B's migration from legacy system to Workday HCM- Experience configuring Workday Talent, Learning and/or HCM Modules- Works with H-E-B team and System Implementation partner to ensure Workday tenant meets H-E-B requirements throughout project timeline- Participates in requirements, configuration and testing throughout project- Provides input to Training and Change Management resourcesPost-Deployment:- Guides team members through projects to architect solutions within Workday ensuring functionality is optimized and scalable for long term success - Plans enhancements with Workday releases- Manages prioritization of enhancements, including adjustments to accommodate urgent requests- Works to expand capabilities within Workday to support business operations - Leads on innovation / data strategy, user experience, and processes- Provides knowledge in data extraction and reportingInformation Technology:- Serves as lead over one suite of modules or breadth of knowledge of technology supported by team (e.g., Workday HCM, Talent, or other multi-process module)- Leads teams to complete HR Technology projects- Serves as key contributor in process design for related area - Leads design / implementation of system or data integration and reporting- Applies understanding of available technical resources; selects most relevant, innovative options as solutions- Re-processes / actively works to reengineer HR processes to leverage technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer-oriented- Develops benchmarks and metrics for HR data; ensures data integrity of integrated systems- Proactively identifies issues and gaps within current business processes What is your background? - A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience- 5+ years of experience in HR / technology- 3+ years of experience in Workday- 2+ years of experience documenting systems specifications, and building system / process requirements- Experience configuring cloud-based software (SAAS)- Experience in project management or planning Do you have what it takes to be a fit as a Senior HR Technology Advisor - Workday at H-E-B? - Workday Pro Certified (Preferred)- Experience with Workday Security (Preferred)- Advanced technical / working knowledge of system of primary responsibility, and multiple HR processes- Knowledge of database structures and HR business procedures- Understanding of object-oriented design- Strong innovative, analytical, and diagnostic skills- Skills to examine / re-engineer operations, procedures- Skills to develop / document operating and administrative procedures- Ability to apply knowledge / skills to system and technical thinking- Ability to work at all levels of management - Ability to learn and apply new technical skills that support improved processes Can you... - Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays- Work extended hours; sit for extended periods07-2023Every day, in every part of H-E-B, People Matter.
