ResponsibilitiesH-E-B Facility Alliance Partners--leading edge innovators in facility design, construction, and maintenance--work hard to make sure our facilities and equipment are designed, procured, maintained, and improved to maximize resources and create tailored shopping experiences for our Customers.As a Manager I, Construction & Facility Project Management, you'll supervise a team of specialized Construction Project leaders who execute capital replacement programs and specific merchant rollouts, and related workflow, including budgets, scheduling, and coordination of work. You'll work with multiple cross-functional business partners, vendors, and Store leadership to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, with minimal errors and re-work, and with a high level of customer service.Once you're eligible, you'll become an Owner in the company, so we're looking for commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and Customer service.
