About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Global Privacy Compromised Data Leader (GCDL) within Global Operations in the Chief Operating Office. This role will work with the Strategy Leader in the Global Privacy Utility to redesign the insights and analytics for the Global Compromised Data Leader role and model the future state of the role. This Leader will also engage business groups and enterprise functions as the primary point of contact to represent the business for compromised data work efforts and activities. They will establish appropriate procedures for their business group or enterprise function to comply with this policy. Thought Leadership needed to help in standardizing the responsibilities of the function for consistency across the business groups and enterprise functions. In this role, you will: Manage investigation and notification activities (consumer or regulatory) or engagement of any third parties for the business functions supported. Engage other business groups and enterprise functions as needed to support remediation or mitigation of compromised data incidents, including control management executives, privacy, information security, and regional control management teams if the incident has global significance. Document issues according to the Issue Management Policy and Escalation Management Procedures. Promote awareness and understanding of Compromised Data and this Policy with employees and contingent resources of the business group or enterprise function. Support designated primary points of contact representing the business for compromised data work efforts and activities. Support learning activities related to compromised data for employees and primary points of contact. Participate in incident investigation, information collection activities, incident debriefs and simulation exercises on behalf of the business group or enterprise function when engaged by Compromised Data. Use root-cause determinations to identify issues, patterns, or trends; developing or updating internal processes to mitigate future occurrences, including management reporting and escalation. Socializes Compromised Data policy, procedures and trends throughout Chief Operating Office as needed Reviews the Compromised Data report for Chief Operating Office specific incidents and ensure data is accurate Analyzes Compromised Data for trends and provide front line monitoring of incidents Engages applicable Chief Operating Office Management to determine if trends warrant a self-identified issue and engages the team to initiate the Issues Management process. Summarize Chief Operating Office specific results in a report to Chief Operating Office leaders and managers The primary point of contact checks the Chief Operating Office mailbox daily for new incidents. Upon receiving notification of a new incident, the primary point of contact: Reviews incident to ensure correct business group or enterprise function assignment. This role is also known as a Lead Business Execution ConsultantWork location: Charlotte, North Carolina*Required work location listed above Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Previous experience in a Compromised Data, Privacy, or Incident Management role Knowledge and experience of Chief Operating Office enterprise standards Process improvement experience Strong analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans Experience leading change in a cross functional business environment Demonstrated track record driving successful issue remediation and risk mitigation Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas Expertise in risk identification, internal controls and testing Experience leading development of policies, procedures and training materials Posting End Date: 24 May 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
