Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a position in Grand Prairie, TX responsible for: Comprehensive process for gathering quality metrics, determining data validity, compiling and sorting data, and charting and presenting results to various levels of managementReviewing, analyzing and reporting on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systemsTracking open items to closure for program execution Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision in a fast-paced environmentAbility to review data and identify trendsProficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Strong organizational skills and communication skills Desired Skills: Strong problem-solving skillsLM Missiles and Fire Control ExperienceDemonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative and team-based environmentDetail oriented with demonstrated performance in generating high quality, error free deliverablesDemonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesExperience in facilitating multi-disciplinary meetingsAerospace industry experienceLean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration Effective communication skills: written, oral, listening, and presentation Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
