Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Assistant Service Manager to join our team. The Automotive Service Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Duties: -Assist in managing and supervising a team of service technicians, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures. -Schedule and prioritize service appointments to meet customer needs. -Provide guidance and support to service technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles -Ensure accurate and timely completion of of all service orders -Monitor the quality of work performed by the service team to maintain high standards. -Collaborate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts for repairs. -Maintain a clean and organized service department. -Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner. -Upsell additional services or repairs based on customer needs.
