Full Time position overseeing RN's and LPN's -three nurses on the day and evening shifts and two on overnight. UCP uses an on-call nursing service to cover calls from 7pm-7am weekdays and all weekend. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in OPWDD regs, have good organizational and training skills and be able to communicate effectively with all positions responsible for the care of the individuals we serve. We are looking for a leader who is able to build a team that works well with each other as well as the clinical and direct support teams. Benefits include four (4) weeks vacation in addition to other generous PTO; defined contribution pension plan and optional 403b, life insurance, major medical and dental coverage. Retention bonuses of up to $3,000. Minimum Requirements: NYS Registered Nurse with previous supervisory experience
