Are you an archery enthusiast? Do you find enjoyment in servicing bows and assisting individuals with getting properly set up? We are looking for an individual to join our team, and grow the archery department. You would be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing bow set-up, tuning, trouble shooting and advice. The primary objective of a Bow Technician is to serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Sell products and services by obtaining, clarifying, recording, and forwarding orders. Maintain inventory by receiving and disbursing supplies and equipment. Position Attributes Multitasking Work well in a team environment Taking initiative Consideration for exceptional customer service Principal Duties & Responsibilities Assist customers on the sales floor and create sales through servicing the customer and meeting their needs Attract potential customers and clarify customer's understanding of products and services by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services; explaining product and service features; offering relevant information Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Maintain knowledge of products and services by reading specification updates; attending information meetings; referring questions to supervisor Increase sales by suggesting related and additional products and services Provide technical support to internal and external customers by responding to requests, setting up bows and working with customers to refine technical set up. Maintain inventory operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes Expectations Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements Maintain quality services by adhering to policies, procedures, and standards Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Job Posted by ApplicantPro
