Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. Johnson & Johnson is looking for a motivated individual to join our Finance team as a Finance Manager, Venture Operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing strategic direction for JJI-JJDC Operations, ensuring accurate and financially compliant execution of all venture capital transactions. You will work closely with internal and external partners at every stage of the portfolio company's lifecycle. This position offers a special chance to contribute to the growth and success of Johnson & Johnson's venture capital operations. Responsibilities: Perform accounting entries and provide guidance for portfolio transactions including purchases, capital calls, security conversions, M&A activity, sales, incoming cash, and securities distributions. Conduct monthly and quarterly cash reconciliation and close entries. Process wire transfers, manage cash inflow, handle banking authorizations, maintain banking relationships and systems, in accordance with J&J's Domestic and Global Treasury operations. Maintain venture capital documentation for audit purposes and manage repositories for JJDC's stock certificates. Serve as the Records Retention Coordinator for the JJDC entity. Enter and update portfolio company data and metrics in equity software tool. Prepare portfolio tax compliance reports.
