The City of Camden Division of Utilities' water supply, serviced by American Water Contract Services Group and The Military Services Group, comes from groundwater that is treated at two facilities prior to delivery to the distribution system. The two water treatment plants provide safe, clean, and reliable water to approximately 46,000 residents in the Camden community.We are looking for Operator to join our team. Apply now for immediate consideration Primary Role Independently operates repairs and inspects water and/or wastewater facilities and appurtenances following company, local, state and federal regulations, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and environmental compliance. After:hours on:call duty may be required. Key Accountabilities:Conduct routine inspections of the facilities and perform operations and maintenance as directed by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), O and M Manuals, and general instructions from supervision, necessary to maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.:Maintain a variety of records related to water diversion, treatment process control, equipment inspections, maintenance activity, etc., necessary for regulatory compliance.:Collect samples and identify concentrations of chemical, physical or biological characteristics of water and wastewater as required in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements; gather and test water sa
