This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and will monitor associates' performance. The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance. Assists Supervisor with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff. A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required. Non-climate-controlled buildingShift Information: Shift: Monday-Saturday; 6:15 AM - 3:15 PM (Off Sunday) - Must be flexible Pay Rate: $19.50/hr.. Perks & Benefits: Paid Training, Weekly paychecks, Medical / Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off. Shifts: 1st Shift. Employment Types: Full Time. Pay Rate: $19.50 / hour Duties: A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required. Assist shift supervisor in day-to-day operations as needed Communicate effectively with supervisor and client operations Train new hires in all available departments Monitor performance & safety for every associate Effectively engage with team members to help cultivate . Position Requirements: Assist supervisor and operations in ongoing tasks to service the client on-site.
