We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience who is highly motivated to learn and grow their career. If you possess the necessary skills and are ready to take on this challenge, we encourage you to apply for this role. Responsibilities - Own the creation of all sales decks and other collateral items for the sales team.- Research companies as needed to support sales needs.- Be a resource for sales and marketing team by staying up to date on industry news.- Ongoing competitor analysis across the ticket industry.- Coordinate all logistics for events, conferences, and trade shows.- Maintain the inventory of promotional items and shipping as needed.- Occasional on-site support at events, including but not limited to building out exhibit spaces of 10x10 and 20x10.- Assist with developing marketing plans tailored to product strategies, focusing on key messages, target clients, and campaign objectives.- Other job-related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business, marketing, advertising, communications or other related field.- 1-3 Years of experience in a brand or agency marketing support role.- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.- Keen attention to detail when creating/reviewing presentations and collateral items.- Excellent communication skills.- Experience in building/executing trade show booths a plus.- Must be able to lift/move/transport heavy items (up to 75 pounds on occasion).- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.- Knowledge of DIGIDECK a plus.- Knowledge of Mailchimp a plus.- Knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus.Powered by JazzHR
