(Commitpoint, Inc. has multiple openings in Leesburg, VA) Business Intelligence Analyst: Analyze and review client business requirements and map the requirements to the process. Analyze requirements to deliver solution alternatives, to-be design flows and detailed design artifacts. Conduct requirement workshops/current system study leveraging domain expertise. Provide inputs on process analysis, high level fit gap for a product/process, and solution design. Conduct solution/product demonstration and POC/proof of technology workshops. Prepare effort estimates to deliver a complete solution for projects. Lead the evolution of possible solution alternatives that factor in gap resolution, taking into account impact on related functional areas, user acceptability, technical feasibility and efficiency. Provide suggestions on problem statement articulation based on client discussions and articulate to internal stakeholders. Define and document the problem and provide inputs for high level solution creation. Support the resolution of escalated issues, review test plans/cases/reports, conduct root-cause analysis and take corrective actions. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, or related and 2 years experience.
