Employbridge Search Group has a client who is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is a remote position, but needs to be centrally located (in CST or MST time zone). Job Duties * Connecting marketing-related and information back to our members and stores, ensuring a seamless flow of information and resources. * Primary point of contact for member-facing marketing communication, execution of marketing initiatives and tasks. * Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to meet the needs of our members and stores. * Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including print and digital assets. * Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely execution and optimization for maximum impact. * Maintain strong relationships with external marketing partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with our brand and objectives. * Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Support the Manager in organizing marketing events, promotions, and initiatives. * Assist in the development of marketing training materials and resources for our members and store staff. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required * 2+ years in a marketing coordinator role with a large amount of customers * Retail experience is desired * Familiarity with marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus. * Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics. * Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. * Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and creativity. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, fostering positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
