Job Description SNI Companies is currently seeking an experienced Project Accountant here in the Orlando, FL area. This is direct-hire opportunity and looking to interview and have someone start soon. Responsibilities: * Review contracts * Work closely with Upper Management in preparing client billing for work performed. * Prepare invoice packages for all billable projects. * Prepare and obtain all lien waivers * Verify and reconcile accurate project costs and revenue. * Follow up on aged receivables and ensure timely collection of all billings. * Make daily cash/check deposits as required * Verify Insurance coverage for subcontractors. * Set up new vendors. * Review, code, and process accounts payable invoices * Assist the project management team Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (strongly preferred) * Minimum five plus years in general accounting processes * Prior accounts payable and invoicing experience * Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
