The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Workers' Compensation Defense. Duties:Manage all aspects of litigation cases from intake to resolution, including settlement negotiations and trial preparation.Conduct legal research and analysis related to Workers' Compensation Defense matters.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations.Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients regarding Workers' Compensation Defense issues.Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative agencies. Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California.Experience in Workers' Compensation Defense.Strong litigation skills, including trial experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills:Proficiency in Workers' Compensation Defense procedures and laws.Strong litigation skills, including trial experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
