Job Overview:Handling commercial litigation matters and class action lawsuitsUtilizing previous experience in class action litigation, if applicableDemonstrating strong communication and analytical skills Duties:Representing clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and regulatory actionsHandling class action lawsuits from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparationConducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, and motionsAnalyzing complex legal issues and providing strategic advice to clientsNegotiating settlements and participating in alternative dispute resolution proceedingsCollaborating with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and client mattersManaging competing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the State of ArizonaPrevious experience in commercial litigation and class action litigation preferredStrong communication, legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skillsBusiness and entrepreneurial sense with the ability to manage competing deadlines Certifications:Active license to practice law in the State of Arizona Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writingExperience with litigation procedures and strategiesAbility to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective solutionsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentProactive approach to case management and client communication With 19 offices across the United States, this full-service firm has a long history of providing superior legal services to every client.
