Sobright Recovery is seeking a Clinical Director for their outpatient substance use and mental health treatment program in Richmond, VA. We're on the hunt for a visionary Clinical Director ready to lead, innovate, and expand our services for adults. This is your chance to architect and steer the clinical direction of our program, including PHP, IOP, and OP services. Immerse yourself in a role that blends strategic oversight with the opportunity to provide direct clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and recovery support.As the Clinical Director, you'll wield a significant impact not only on the day-to-day operations but also on the broader vision of Sobright Recovery. You'll oversee clinical programming, staff supervision, and quality improvement plans while working closely with our Leadership team to shape administrative strategies. This position offers the unique blend of providing clinical services, fostering staff development, and driving program innovation. QUALIFICATIONS Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field. License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use; clinical supervision certification/ licensure required (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and/or similar certification/licensure). 2 years, at minimum, of supervisory experience required. ASAM experience and knowledge 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting. Experience with startup organizations is preferred.
