Planet DDS is committed to creating value for its dental practice clients by solving the most urgent challenges facing today’s dental practices.We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing SaaS company in the dental industry. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by booking meetings for our account executives. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and engage with potential customers, and your success will be measured by the number of meetings you book each month. This is a hybrid role working 2x per week in one of our office locations (Irvine, CA | Phoenix, AZ | Atlanta, GA | Akron, OH) JOB DUTIES Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, with a focus on booking meetings for account executives Qualify and prioritize leads to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency in reaching targets Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and industry to effectively communicate the value proposition Track and report on activity and performance, including the number of dials and meetings booked each day KEY METRICS 50 dials per day 15 completed meetings per month SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or telemarketing Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
