Responsibilities: • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price• Lead follow up• Database campaigns• Set listing appointments• Execute appointments• Close listings• Leverage listings• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $135,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
