At Dealer Synergy, we make a difference, and we're looking for individuals who are willing to put their heart and soul into making a positive impact.Job Responsibilities: Create, manage, review, and analyze scorecards Conduct reinforcement training Generate reports based on scorecards, call recordings, and phone training Communicate with clients via email, phone, and BombBomb video portal Provide support for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Perform other assigned duties as necessary Requirements: Must be able to work onsite! Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience Call center experience is a plus (training available for the right candidate) Comfortable using Zoom for virtual interactions Previous automotive experience is beneficial Familiarity with call monitoring is advantageous (training available for the right candidate) Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications Knowledge of CRM applications is a plus (training available for the right candidate) Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports Contributes to the team's success by accomplishing related tasks as needed Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (available after 90 days) 401(k) plan with employer match (available after 1 year) Paid holidays (available after 90 days) 5 days of paid vacation (available after 1 year) Business casual office environment with casual Fridays Opportunities for career growth within the company On-site training and development Equal Employment Opportunity:Dealer Synergy is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
