WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - RBT High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records Preferred: Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable) A 40-hour BT certificate TRICARE certification A passion for driving change and supporting independent growth A desire to be a positive influence in the community and in the lives of our clients So, what do you think?
