The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in intellectual property law, specializing in trademark and patent prosecution. The candidate must be admitted to at least one State Bar and the Patent Bar, demonstrating excellent academic credentials, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, significant intellectual property experience, a strong work ethic, and comparable law firm experience.Duties:Conducting legal research and analysis related to intellectual property matters.Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering fields.Managing and advising clients on trademark registration and protection.Handling intellectual property litigation, including preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Providing legal counsel on intellectual property-related agreements and transactions.Requirements:Admitted to at least one State Bar and the Patent Bar.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering.2-4 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark and patent prosecution.Excellent academic credentials.Education:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to at least one State Bar.Admission to the Patent Bar.Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Legal research and analysis proficiency.Experience in patent and trademark prosecution.Intellectual property litigation expertise.Ability to manage and advise clients on legal matters.Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced law firm environment.
