We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Qualifications: • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• A proven track record of success• Sales experience preferred• At least two years experience as real estate agent with $3 Million in volume• Conversationally fluent in English and Spanish, other languages a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 commission based About Company: KW is ranked as the #1 Real Estate company in the country in units sold, closed sales volume, and agent count.
