This role: A day and week in the life… Manage daily administration of database including user setups, profiles, roles, teams, and security levels. Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reporting, and dashboards. Document, maintain and enhance workflows, functions, and configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and lead training sessions for internal Salesforce users. Create training materials and user documentation. Evaluate and manage Salesforce releases. This role: You will be successful in this role if you… Worked for 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment. Obtained a Salesforce Administrator certification, Trailblazer profile will be considered. Proficient with Pardot marketing automation. Have successfully managed Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Processes. Strong background in Sales Cloud to support Revenue Ops. Created documentation and training materials and conducted training sessions. Have experience translating technical information to a non-technical audience . Earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, IT, or a related field or have equivalent work experience.
