Job Duties: Lead mobile development efforts with the development partner team. Own the content and feature development roadmap, driving alignment and visibility across both VALORANT and our partnership teams. Manage collaborations with partners, bridge the gap between organizations by facilitating discussions and encouraging agreement between leads to make decisions that affect game service and operations. Lead the vision of each product across the finish line and help deliver experiences beyond the audience's expectations. Lead the team in establishing clear goals and constraints, and ensure we have the plans, processes, and tools needed to achieve ambitious objectives. Leverage your knowledge and experience in the mobile gaming market and work with internal and external developers to lead production efforts in delivering a quality mobile experience for our gamers. Build relationships with developers across teams at Riot, as well as our partner in China. Ensure that the team is set up for success for Mobile from pre-production to launch and beyond as a key member of the development team. This position is based out of Riot Games, Inc.'s office in Los Angeles, California. Telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance of this location. Periodic on-site attendance will be required. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline, and 2 years of experience in Product Manager, Producer, Operations Research Analyst, or related occupation. Special Skills:(1) Tableau;(2) Data analysis;(3) Project management;(4) Jira, Miro, and Airtable;(5) Business valuation;(6) Financial Forecasting and Modeling, including VBA; and(7) Developing marketing strategies, including go-to-market strategy. Special skills may be gained through academic coursework, scholastic achievement, internship, or professional experience. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
