Employer will allow remote/telecommuting throughout the US. Experience: 3 years of experience with Product and Brand Sales or related. Any suitable combination of experience of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Requires skills and experience to involve: Proficient in MS Excel spreadsheets, MS Word-processing, and MS Power Point presentation software; Robust knowledge with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), specifically hand protection; Experience creating leading-edge brand and product presentations utilizing extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes to capture business at the corporate level; Utilizing knowledge in Big Box Retail, Sporting Goods, Farm and Fleet, and Hardware/Independent Dealers/Buying Groups; Leveraging knowledge of the processes and procedures for the design, manufacture, and retail of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) ensuring continued and increased sales in the United States; Well-versed hand protection expert specialized in and with intimate working knowledge and prior experience selling in the consumer (non-transactional categories) of cut and sew high performance glove model segment and premium knit glove and premium disposable glove segment; Experience selling premium gloves to Independent hardware channel, 2-step retailers, National Big Box Retailers and farm/fleet and specialty sporting goods retailers; Experience managing outside rep agencies focused on premium glove model selling/representation for corporate level sales and field sales; and Ability to understand premium cut & sew high performance glove, knit and disposable models laboratory testing and results output and integrate into sales processes. Job duties: Sell goods for wholesalers or manufacturers to businesses or groups of individuals. Work requires substantial knowledge of items sold. Develop and implement sales and marketing programs within each region to drive revenue growth for a protective apparel company. Answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors products, prices and sales. Increase sales of product range at the consumer level through hot, warm, and cold calling of accounts. Build and own relationships with new and existing accounts. Recommend products to customers, based on customers needs and interests. Create and implement marketing initiatives and new product programs to meet/exceed sales goals. Participate in joint end user and distribution calls, providing training and feedback, while monitoring sales metrics including call reports and revenue results. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitoring the preferences of customers. Build and maintain customer profitability analytical tools to ensure accounts are achieving required profitability goals. Establish and develop relationships with target end user account lists within the assigned market. Drive product launches and education through the distribution and end user channels. Provide competitive intelligence about products, pricing, and marketing activities. Maintain relationships/channels from concept to implementation and product delivery. Interface regularly with global counterparts to share and stay aware of ongoing company projects, which will benefit assigned accounts. Defend against competitive initiatives. Maintain an up-to-date accounting of sales activities and objectives via Sales Force ensuring accurate and timely information is delivered to the companys CRM system.
