Responsibilities: • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Compensation: 42,000+ at plan About Company: We are a growing and progressive real estate team based in York, PA with collaboration partners across the United States.
