SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT Part time - 30 hours/week - Mira Vie at Montville The Sales and Marketing Assistant shares responsibility, along with the Director of Sales & Marketing, for the sales, promotion, and occupancy of the community at Mira Vie at Montville . Works with new residents and families in sales and marketing as well as move in coordinator, ensuring the smooth transition of our new residents and families to the Mira Vie community. Responsibilities: Responds to all inquiries regarding potential residency at Mira Vie at Montville. Deals with prospective residents, resident's families, and responsible parties in a sensitive, courteous, and competent manner. Conducts extensive marketing follow up to prospects, including appointment setting and working with new families through the move in process. Assists in conducting tours, coordinating admissions and discharges from the residence. Visits new residents to assure transition is proceeding smoothly. Alerts appropriate staff if intervention is required. Participates in the planning and coordination of special events, community workshops and marketing promotions. Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing as a liaison and information resource to the community. Qualifications : The ideal candidate will be a team player that enjoys challenges, is professional, upbeat, and encourages others to succeed. Experience in sales in a senior market ideal. Computer literacy, strong oral and written communication skills. Must interact with ill and disabled residents and those with dementia in a professional compassionate manner.
