Made Possible.MISSION / SUMMARY: Analytical support for special projects and recurring processes of the Corporate Finance department. This role will provide a mix of support on special projects and analysis. Additionally, the role will include routineCorporate processes such as analysis and evaluation of operating results, supporting annual operating plans and 3-year strategic plans, and the development of financial forecasts. Assist in the development of TM1 reports and subsequent training. They understand and align business operations and Finance as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following. * Must work within and adhere to the company's core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork.Monthly * Develop and present supporting explanations for month end results requiring deep variance analysis * Manage Innovation cost centers; analyzing month end actual results and work with cost center owners to explain variances and develop monthly forecasts * Analyze vertically integrated substrates to develop consolidated profit margins * Ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics to support BOD, Business Unit, CFO and CEO reporting requirements * Develop complex Enterprise level financial modelsQuarterly * Analysis of internal transfer pricing impacts * Develop and review integrated view of company margins * Support company-wide incentives reviews * Develops and maintains annual and quarterly financial performance indicatorsAnnual * Assist Innovation cost center owners with plan development and provide YoY analysis of department spend * Support the development and analysis of the consolidated Long-Range Plan (LRP) * Support the consolidated annual Operating Plan; assisting in the analysis of both business segment plans and overall Corporate plansContinuous / Ad Hoc * Support as needed on special projects and ad hoc requests * Assist with analysis of transfer pricing changes and tax support * Assist in TM1 report development and troubleshooting, providing support to both FP&A and the Business units * Develop TM1 reference and training materials * Support project business case analysis (ROI, payback, IRR, NPV) * Other duties as assignedBACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE: * 2-5 years of Corporate Finance or Divisional Finance * Paperboard Packaging Industry experience (preferred)EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE: * BS with major in Finance, Accounting or similar degree required, MBA with concentration in Finance or Masters in Accounting or currently enrolled in a program preferredSKILLS: * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP R3 and OLAP tools (TM1 preferred) * Strong financial modeling skills * Ability to identify key variances and research driversSCHEDULE DEMANDS: * General schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so. * Occasional overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours. * Occasional Lifting up to 20 lbs. * Reading computer screen or other electronic devices. * Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.KEY COMPETENCIES: * Integrity & Trust * Action Oriented#LI-HybridPay Range: $76,860.00-$102,480.00Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
