We are looking for a result-driven Senior cleaning tech to be responsible for our South and North side cleaning technicians. As a Senior Tech you must meet the following requirements and perform the duties listed below: Requirements: Open availability/Flexible Must have a reliable car Must have experience of 2 years or more in Commercial cleaning, professional cleaning and janitorial services. Must be able to pass a full background screening Effectively and assist with supervision of cleaning technicians Must be effective and proactive in communicating with operation manager and cleaning staff. Position Duties: Enable an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance Ensures all complaints, discrepancies and infractions are reported and resolved in a timely manner Must be able to be responsible for the transport of equipment and supplies. Run errands and tasks as requested (i.e., key/fob duplication or replacements, supply purchases, company car maintenance issues, etc.) Must be able to conduct detailed site inspections and provide an accurate report. Must be able to approach stressful or negative situations with a positive attitude Train new hires on work procedures and effectively teach the proper procedures of operating cleaning equipment. Ensures all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use. Keep accurate record of supplies and inform Operation Manager when stock level of cleaning materials is low in house and at all sites. Attend weekly one-on-one meetings with Operations Manager Assign team coverage and perform any on call cleaning services to area sites during absences, resignations, or terminations. Perform weekly laundry duties. Ensure towels and mop heads are thoroughly cleaned and dried. Neatly organize towels and mop heads on shelves and in storage bins. Co-lead all Tailgating meetings. Record and take roll call. Provide any reports and updates to team. Carries out other duties assigned by the Operations Manager Powered by JazzHR
