You'll be proud of the work we all do in providing the equipment that helps build our communities.Additional responsibilities include the following:Responsible for meeting established goals and objectives as determined by Credit Playbook/Credit ManagementResponsible to meet all established metrics including those associated with contacting customers and collecting past due balances for assigned accounts receivable portfolio through a range of techniques, including telephone, email, facsimile and automated collection lettersCollect, review, evaluate and prepare credit recommendations for Credit Supervisor on additional action deemed appropriate and necessary to collect past due balancesAssist in the negotiation of payment arrangements and planCommunicate progress and concerns with Credit Management Team on a regular basisWork with field operations to review and resolve customer billing issues and disputesResolve any additional information requests, invoicing, billing issues documentation requests and disputes that may be brought up by the customersOther duties assigned as neededJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredThree to five years of related finance experience (collection experience preferred)Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelAbility to complete complex account reconciliations with a customer-focused approachWeb-Based Workflow Solution software experience preferredStrong math and verbal/written communication skillsSuperior organizational and time-management skillsValid Driver's license is required Why join us?
