The candidate will represent clients in a broad spectrum of transactional legal matters, including licensing agreements, fund raising activities, and contract negotiations. Job Details:Negotiate and advise clients on contracts for corporate entities.Represent clients in various transactional legal matters, from licensing agreements to fund raising activities and contract negotiations.Participate in contract negotiation and directly interface with business teams.Analyze, review, and draft contracts, discussing issues and priorities with business teams and corporate leadership.Supervise and collaborate with outside counsel, when necessary.Provide guidance and counsel on a variety of legal topics, with a focus on contracts and MA matters.Familiarity with working with SaaS and software companies is a plus. Requirements:Strong credentials and membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional law.Strong interest in gaining corporate, MA, and general transactional experience.License and good standing with the State Bar of California. Education:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Skills:Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
